At the organisation of the institute; a director, an assistant director, researchers and experts are present. The Institute Director is also the Project Manager. The current Institution Team is as follows:

The researchers are chosen from ones who have finished their doctorate, experts are picked from ones who are still continuing their doctorate, and assistant experts are chosen from ones who are continuing their masters or ones who have just finished their license degrees.
